Chief Operating Officer
Mr Johnson Shen is the Chief Operating Officer of Skylink Holdings as well as the larger Skylink Group of companies.
Having joined the Skylink group of companies as an operations manager in May 2017, Mr Shen was appointed Chief Operating Officer in June 2020. Before joining Skylink, he was formely a maintenance engineer at Singapore Aztech Pte Ltd’s Dongguan branch in China from April 2003 to March 2007, and at Guangdong Dongguan Huang Jiang GBM Group in Dongguan, Guandong, China from May 2007 to April 2010. He was also an after-sales service engineer at Zhengzhou ANGPU Technology Co.Ltd from June 2010 to November 2012, and a store supervisor at HANSA International (Pte.) Ltd. in Singapore from January 2013 to April 2016.
Mr Johnson Shen obtained a Diploma in Accounting from Windsor Management Colleage (Singapore) in November 2023, and a Master of Business Adminstration from London Metropolitan University (via Stanfort Academy Campus in Singapore) in February 2025.
Mr Leonard Teh
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr Leonard Teh is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial management, corporate governance, and regulartory compliance.
Mr Leonard Teh started his career in January 1997 holding audit positions in accounting firms, before joining Team Industries Pte. Ltd in December 1998 and eventually rising to the position of group financial controller before leaving in December 2004.
Mr Leonard Teh founded and become Chief Executive Officer of MAPQ Consulting Pte.Ltd and MAPQ Bizwerk Pte.Ltd in November 2005 and November 2017, respectively. These companies provided tax planning, accounting service outsourcing, financial consulting and corporate secrtarial services. In September 2024, he stepped down from an executive role and assumed the role of non-executive chairman in September 2024.
Mr Leonard Teh is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) since September 2006, an Accredited Tax Adviser (Income Tax and GST) with the Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals since July 2011, an ordinary member of the Singapore Institute of Directors since September 2024, a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants since November 2024, and an ASEAN Professional Accountant with the ASEAN Professional Accountant Coordinating Committee since February 2025.
