Sale Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Dealing with all range and multi brand of commercial vehicles which include diesel & petrol engine as well as electric commercial vehicles in regard to sales and/or rental activities
  • Acquire sales with new and existing clients to meet targeted sales objectives
  • Identify/Build/Expand new clients base to achieve sales opportunities
  • Purchase all types of pre-owned commercial vehicles for inventory replenishment
  • Follow-up/Develop sales lead to achieve monthly sales target
  • Attend to sales inquiries
  • Resolve customer complaints/issues
  • Follow-up on prompt Payment
  • Maintain a proactive relationship with existing/new customers
  • Arrange for regular meetings with Corporate Clients
  • Develop relationships for both new and existing customers
  • Submit Report on weekly and monthly sales activities

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin as to liaise with our China base counterpart
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (both in spoken and written)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales
  • Driving License – Singapore Class 3 and above

Responsibilities

  • In charge of all Leasing sales for the company (for Manager’s role)
  • Build and maintain a strong and competent Leasing Sales Team (for Manager’s role)
  • Administer the Leasing Agreement; Buy & Sell the commercial vehicles
  • Ensure the company continue to acquire new sales, achieving monthly and yearly sales target.

Job Requirements

  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin (to handle Chinese leasing contract and to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Possess strong interest in sales and armed with practical sales techniques and tactics
  • KPI driven, positive learning attitude, self motivated, resilience, resourceful and goal oriented
  • Pleasant & friendly deposition & a good team player
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Minimum with 1-2 years of selling experiences
  • Possess class 3 driving license

Responsibilities

  • In charge of all New / Used vehicles and Leasing fleet for the company
  • In charge of the vehicle movement and parking
  • In charge of arranging the vehicle for repair, regular servicing, and inspection, including scheduling, arranging of manpower, dealing with external contractor/vendors and etc.
  • In charge and ensure that the vehicles are in good ready condition to be delivered any time
  • In charge and ensure that vehicle has cleared the pre-delivery inspection (PDI) before delivering to the customer
  • In charge of getting the reinstatement quote for leasing customer returning the vehicle, including able to quote independently
  • In charge of the company phone and be the main contact point for leasing customers (including weekends)
  • Dealing with vehicle breakdown involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging for towing, onsite support, etc.
  • Dealing with accidents involving our leasing fleet including over-the-phone advice to the driver, arranging driver down to do accident report, collecting accident excess from the customer, etc.
  • Assist the credit control team in the rental payment collection from a specific group of customers

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years experience in handling operation and customer service coordination
  • Experience in the automotive working environment will be advantages
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Manage multiple task efficiently in a fast moving environment

The Job

  • Front desk and reception duties providing good customer service, including offering general information, redirecting customers, addressing compliments and complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Point of contact for sales hotlines and inquiries, efficiently addressing customer queries.
  • Handling customer data with meticulousness
  • Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to maintain customer records and interactions is a plus.

  • Reporting to the Marketing Manager and providing support to the marketing team when needed.

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum of a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Strong customer service skills, both verbal and listening, to address customer needs and concerns effectively.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to various situations and customer demands.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, prioritization skills, and effective time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
